Liberty Mortgage Services was founded in 1996 as a niche private lender specializing in short term alternative mortgage financing to developers, businesses and individuals throughout Western Canada.

Capital Funds are provided to Liberty from private investors and institutions throughout North America. Liberty has both strategic institutional clients and high net worth clients that have in excess of $5 million invested in our mortgages.

To date Liberty has funded over $400 million in first, second, and some third mortgages providing superior returns to our investors.

Liberty's mission is to provide this funding through a due-diligence process that protects investor's capital with minimal risk and maximum returns.

Liberty Mortgage is licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), adhering to a strict code of ethics and rules and regulations as set forth by the Real Estate Act.
